So, I love talking to one of the people that knows me best because you can just talk about anything and everything and not hold back...In about an hour we covered a lot of ground...I am so thankful for friends like that!!!
In conversation I pointed out that I'm not one of those people that writes stuff down because if I do I won't refer back to it...I've always wanted to have that cute little calendar in my purse...I've tried it but it was worthless because I have a really good memory...I just remember what I have going on and when I have to do it...I've also always made a To Do list too but again I've never referred to it...
I don't know why I told you that but it looks like this post is going to be random things about me...
So here goes!!!
I missed my 10 year high school reunion this past weekend...It looks like everyone had a good time!!! GREAT job Natalie and Bethany!!!

So, for weeks now I thought someone "keyed" my car...until the other day my wonderful husband pointed out that there was silver paint on our mailbox...yeah I've hit it several times when I've gotten the mail...OOPS!!!
Have you ever had a PonyShoe? Well if not you need to...they are served in most places here...Texas toast, Chicken strips or Hamburger patty, French Fries, Nacho Cheese..........DELICIOUS!!! It's probably my most favorite Midwest thing!!!
I quit watching The View to watch Hoda and Kathie Lee...well I think Kathie Lee might be worse than Joy on the view...I almost can't stand to watch anymore...
Don't you love it when your plans get cancelled...I booked a cabin in early June for our float trip for THIS WEEKEND...the lady called me SUNDAY to tell me that she had double booked and had to give it to the other people because they booked first...I WILL NEVER PLAN A FLOAT TRIP AGAIN!!!
....I think we're going to go out on the boat now!!!
I think I'm going to paint the kitchen Summer Beige...it's really a light shade of yellow...shhhh don't tell Kyle!!! :)

Holly did the same thing to our mail box with my Explorer....I could have killed her! Actually I was driving she just did not shut the mail box door! But then she became the owner of that car, big scrap and all, when she turned 16! haha

Thanks Mom for sharing that memory! HAHA! Brittany good luck with the painting. We have been painting different rooms in our house for weeks now and I'm SO TIRED of paint! Hate you missed your reunion! Mine will be in 2 more years but I dont even want to go! HA!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby wasn't to happy with me about messing my car up...he thinks we can fix it for cheap though!!! Facebook is kind of like a daily reunion but it would have been fun to really talk to some people I haven't see in a looong time!!
ReplyDeleteHolly I am just so super excited for you!!! I want to see pics of your super cute house...and the baby room when you get it all together!!! :) I'm going to say it's a GIRL...all of my friends have had girls in the past couple of months..I think it's the year of the girl :)
